This was a hard thing for me to accept a few years ago,

My life was crap, I was unhappy with myself,

And I hated everything about who I was…

And I was only able to change my sorry state once I accepted that everything I had in life I deserved

Because that was when I also accepted that I had the power to change my life too.

And the people who believe that refuse to change their lives, because they don’t even realise that they can
